Gentle Reminder Reg: KOA Election on 10th January 2022
Dear KOA Life member,
As you may be aware, Election for the post of Hon Secretary of Kerala Othopaedic Association is to take place on next Monday, 10th January 2022. The Election will be conducted by physical voting only. The following points may be noted.
- A valid ORGINAL Government issued ID card should be brought by each voter. Driving License, Voter ID card, Adhar card, PAN photo card, Passport and Digi Locker ID are acceptable. Simple photo of card or Photostat copy are not acceptable.
- Only those members whose name is present in the voters list of KOA ( 2021-2022 Election ) will be permitted to vote. They can vote only in the District where their name is entered, Returning officer and Polling Agents can vote in the district club where they are attending . KOA life members who are not coming under any “district clubs” due to “ Out of Kerala” or “Foreign” category can vote in any one district club of their convenience.
- Please put your signature and write your mobile number in the space provided in the voter sign sheet before receiving the ballot paper from the Returning officer.
- Only cross mark ( X ) is allowed on the ballot paper. Marking for both candidates will invalidate the vote.
- The voting time shall not be extended after 9:00 pm under any circumstances. Any voter standing in the queue to vote at the ending of voting time ( 9.00 pm ) shall be allowed to vote
- The Venue & timing of voting at each district club is detailed in the attached excel file.
