Greetings from the KOA Fellowship Office.
Applications are invited from KOA life members for the KOA Short-Term & Long-Term Fellowships.
Fellowship Details
- Capacity: 10 Short-Term Fellowships are awarded per year
- Grant : The Short-Term Fellowship amount is ₹30,000/-
- Eligibility: Applicants must be below 40 years as of 31-12-2026. If no eligible applicants under 40 apply, this age limit may be relaxed.
Mandatory Completion & Disciplinary Guidelines
- Short-Term Fellowship Deadline: All selected candidates for the Short-Term Fellowship must successfully complete their training by 31st December 2026.
- Required Notifications: Candidates must intimate the Fellowship Chairman in advance regarding any valid reasons for delay or inability to proceed.
Disciplinary Action: The candidates who fail to complete the fellowship without a valid reason, or fail to provide prior intimation, will face debarment from all academic activities of the KOA—including paper presentations in KOACONs—for a period of two years.

- Subject Line: Use “KOA Fellowship Application Submission 2026 (Short/Long)”.
- Deadline: All applications must be submitted by 20th April 2026.
